The Infrastructure Planning Commission (IPC) is the independent body that examines applications for consent to develop major infrastructure projects. An application has been received from RWE Npower Renewables for a wind farm within the Brechfa Forest area in Carmarthenshire.
The IPC is holding a series of events to help people with an interest in this proposal to understand the planning process, when to register and how to make a representation to the IPC.
