materials used and a small charge, at cost price, for diesel
(if outside my local area).
I started Carmarthen Handyman in July 2009 when I moved to Carmarthenshire, although I have been a handyman for more than 30 years. You’ve probably seen my silver van parked outside Coopers when you travel into town.
I carry out a full range of gardening services – mowing, weeding, decking, erecting sheds and greenhouses, etc., through painting and decorating, to general household maintenance – fitting curtain poles, shelving, assembling flat pack furniture.
Mostly, I’m asked to do the kind of jobs that you would expect – gardening and outdoor work in the summer, decorating and indoor work in the winter; however, being a “handy man”, I’ve carried out virtually an `A-Z’ of different household tasks. I’ve prepared a whole field for surveying (discovering a nest of angry wasps in the process), restored garden furniture, laid patios, unblocked guttering, even put in a cat flap and fitted toilet roll holders!
So whether you have a leaking shower, a broken chicken coop, need a gate made, or simply want some shelves put up, just ask, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
